Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Wick N Twisted! We hand-pour and prepare every order with care. Below is everything you need to know about how we get our candles, wax melts, diffusers, and room & linen sprays to your door.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During sales, holidays, or new collection launches, processing may take a little longer.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address.

Enjoy FREE standard shipping on all orders over $75 — just use code FREESHIPPING75 at checkout.

In-Store Pickup (Free)

Skip shipping entirely and pick up your order at our shop:

Select in-store pickup at checkout to remove shipping charges. Please bring your order confirmation when you come in.

Store Hours Monday — Closed Tuesday–Thursday — 11am–9pm Friday & Saturday — 11am–11pm Sunday — Noon–9pm

Shipping Destinations & Delivery Times

We currently ship within the United States. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after processing, depending on your location and carrier.

Because our room sprays, diffusers, and fragrance oils contain fragrance, these items ship via ground service within the U.S. only.

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within a few business days of ordering, please reach out and we'll be happy to check on it.

Damaged or Broken Items

Our candles, diffusers, and glassware are fragile, so we package every order carefully. If your order arrives damaged or broken, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. We'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order leaves our shop, delivery timing is in the carrier's hands and we cannot control delays. If your package is delayed, lost, or shows as delivered but hasn't arrived, please contact us and we'll help you track it down.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at the time of purchase. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, you may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend it.
